SEVENTEEN (세븐틴) is a South Korean boy group formed by Pledis Entertainment (now under HYBE Labels). Known for their intense performances, self-produced music, and tight teamwork, SEVENTEEN officially debuted on May 26, 2015, with the extended play 17 Carat. Since then, they’ve carved a unique space in K-pop, earning the nickname "self-producing idols" as they participate heavily in songwriting, choreography, and production.

The group is composed of 13 members — S.COUPS, JEONGHAN, JOSHUA, JUN, HOSHI, WONWOO, WOOZI, THE8, MINGYU, DK, SEUNGKWAN, VERNON, and DINO — and is divided into three specialised units:

• Hip-hop Unit (SCOUPS, WONWOO, MINGYU, VERNON)

• Vocal Unit (JEONGHAN, JOSHUA, WOOZI, DK, SEUNGKWAN)

• Performance Unit (JUN, HOSHI, THE8, DINO)
